Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction and commercial advice on developing and implementing a resilience governance model
* Develop and implement specific resilience response plans to minimize exposure and duration of events
* Provide advice and guidance on business critical processes via enterprise-wide business impact assessments
* Advise senior executive and management teams on risk and resilience exposures and management strategies
* Support the Enterprise Risk & Resilience Manager in developing and implementing risk management and resilience initiatives
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Legal, Engineering, Risk Management, or other relevant academic degree
* At least 10 years of experience in providing strategic advice and guidance on risk and resilience related issues
* Extensive experience in strategic risk advice, project management, and change management
* Experience in developing and delivering risk management and resilience education programs
* Experience in establishing and facilitating enterprise risk management reporting and solutions
