About the Job:

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries, providing accurate advice and support to staff, and escalating to the HR Manager or Deputy HR Manager when necessary.
  • Support all aspects of staff recruitment, from advertisement to pre-employment checks, ensuring a proactive approach to reducing time-to-hire, compliance with safer recruitment guidelines, and providing regular updates to managers on onboarding progress.
  • Manage and deliver all HR administrative processes, including maintaining the HR database, staff files, and staff hub.
  • Monitor and report on key data, including monthly absence data, turnover, induction feedback, and salary benchmarking as requested by relevant managers and SLT, providing advice and commentary where appropriate.
  • Proactively manage staff absence, including daily monitoring of triggers and producing the daily absence report, tracking long-term sickness cases and entitlements, and maintaining accurate records of employees under absence monitoring procedures.
