Asset Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Asset Data Controller to join our team at Power Electrics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, producing hire quotes, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Produce accurate and detailed hire quotes for new and existing clients
- Liaise with the team at Milton Keynes to coordinate plant allocation and scheduling
- Ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with the Accounts department to open new customer accounts
- Verify customer purchase orders and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Proactively chase outstanding quotes and report findings to management
- Prepare and maintain accurate rental-related paperwork
- Contribute to the company's continuous improvement program by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong telephone manner and customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
