Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Hendre Limited, a leading care home provider in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional food service.

About the Role

This is a 36-hour per week role, including alternate weekends. As Head Culinary Professional, you will oversee the daily operation of our kitchen, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will also direct and supervise kitchen staff, emphasizing their responsibilities regarding food safety and preparation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and professional catering experience. Strong communication skills, team management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional food service are essential.
