About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Property Claims Handler to join our highly successful Home Claims team at Sedgwick. As an Adjusting Executive, you will work alongside our experienced adjusters to achieve successful conclusion of allocated claims, ensuring claims are settled promptly, fairly, and accurately, and ultimately, highly satisfied customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim, meeting our goal of making claims easy for everyone.
  • Support the adjuster's work throughout the handling of these claims, working on a one-to-one basis to ensure customer service and technical claims handling at the highest level.
  • Identify if a customer may have a vulnerability, adjusting your communications and handling of the claim accordingly, to ensure they receive the same excellent outcome as all other customers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, complete case enquiries as directed by the adjuster, and work without direction where appropriate.
  • Provide assistance on site, including taking statements, photographs, and minute-taking of meetings, as directed.
