About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at BUUK Infrastructure. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer loyalty by unlocking the power of data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze areas of improvement within business areas regarding the use of data
  • Conduct root cause analysis and establish requirements for data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on business cases, including cost/benefit, impact, and risk analysis
  • Facilitate open communication and decision-making, capturing and disseminating technical and business information
  • Develop and implement change management approaches and plans in collaboration with the business
  • Continually improve and implement processes, methods, and tools at programme, project, or team level
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a Business Analyst role, working with complex business data challenges. You should have experience in working within a project environment to elicit and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and apply critical thinking using analysis tools and techniques to assess processes and identify recommendations for their improvement
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Visio or any relevant modelling tools
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
