Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at JD Sports, you will play a crucial role in driving business change and improvement across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain business cases to justify changes and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide business analysis support to project teams, including requirements gathering, business case development, and solution design.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong business analysis skills, including experience with business process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with business case development and justification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
