Requirements Director

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + 10% Bonus
About the Role:
This is a key leadership position within our organization. As a Requirements Director, you will be responsible for defining and managing requirements across multiple projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical product owners, and project teams to ensure that requirements are comprehensive and aligned with business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collate, validate, and manage business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are comprehensive and signed off by relevant owners
- Ensure quality and standardization of requirements using industry best practices
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure business strategy is reflected in functional and non-functional requirements
- Define metrics for tracking requirement quality and completeness
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to support Business Analysts manage changing requirements
- Create and maintain requirements management process and supporting plan
Requirements:
- Degree in technical subject or certified Business Analysis qualification
- Significant experience working in large organizations as Senior Business Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, or IT role requiring analysis and documentation of requirements
- Proficient in writing clear and concise user stories, requirements, and technical documentation
- Able to manage multiple sources of information simultaneously and summarize effectively
- Able to meet deadlines in fast-paced, complex environment
