Senior Business Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the engineering team, setting clear objectives aligned with business goals, and offering regular feedback and coaching.
You will collaborate with the Technical Manager to plan and deliver effective training, ensuring the team maintains the highest level of competence. Achieving high levels of performance and engagement through inspirational leadership, recruitment, training, and employee development is crucial.
You will ensure the timely delivery of orders to customers, provide regular updates and financial analysis for senior management. Gathering and reporting customer feedback on service and project delivery to inform management decisions is also a key responsibility.
Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial, and an engineering qualification would be advantageous. The candidate should have a proven record in customer-facing roles and delivering projects. A clean and full driving licence is required.
