About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Cleaner to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland Careers. As a key member of our cleaning and facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our sites.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a flexible approach to working. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on role and make a positive impact on our clients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our cleaning and facilities teams to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
  • Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
  • Ensure surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.
  • Empty and dispose of bin waste.
  • Monitor and re-stock cleaning supplies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to working.
Salary: £12-15 per hour (dependent on experience) for 6 hours per week.
