Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct equipment inspections, analysis, fault finding, repairs, and calibrations to support quotes and reports.
  • Authorize certificates and reports as per our laboratory's policies and procedures.
  • Travel nationally and internationally for services, maintenance, and calibration of customers' equipment on-site as well as support customers with training and receive product and service training.
  • Support internal and external assessments and regulatory audits.
  • Follow our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure high-quality results and zero customer complaints and deviations.
  • Maintain all laboratory resources, ensuring traceability.
  • Assist with the implementation of systems to ensure compliance with data integrity.
  • Support the achievement of our laboratory's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company's overall KPIs.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint O365 and a JobCard (IndySoft) system.
  • Proficiency in using various calibration software and tools.
  • You have a clean driver's license and live within the geographical area of Wolverhampton.
  • This role includes an element of travel for field service support tasks and requires the ability to work overseas for product training.
