Key Tasks:
- Perform regular inspections using Zeiss Calypso and PC-DMIS systems to identify potential issues.
- Develop and verify CMM programs from CAD models to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections and CMM Program Prove Outs to maintain manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Team to enhance manufacturing processes and improve overall quality.
- Perform manual inspections using hand tools and vision systems to ensure compliance.
- Write reports detailing none conformance issues.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in inspection and programming with CMMs.
