Key Tasks:

  • Perform regular inspections using Zeiss Calypso and PC-DMIS systems to identify potential issues.
  • Develop and verify CMM programs from CAD models to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections and CMM Program Prove Outs to maintain manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team to enhance manufacturing processes and improve overall quality.
  • Perform manual inspections using hand tools and vision systems to ensure compliance.
  • Write reports detailing none conformance issues.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in inspection and programming with CMMs.
