About the Role:
  • We're looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in electrical measurement to support our laboratory's operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for conducting equipment inspections, analysis, fault finding, repairs, and calibrations to ensure high-quality results and zero customer complaints and deviations. Additionally, you will authorize certificates and reports according to laboratory policies and procedures.


  • Travel nationally and internationally for services, maintenance, and calibration of customers' equipment on-site, as well as provide training and receive product and service training.
  • Support internal and external assessments and regulatory audits.
  • Ensure adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain all laboratory resources, ensuring traceability.
  • Assist in implementing systems to guarantee compliance with data integrity.
  • Contribute to achieving the laboratory's KPIs in line with the company's overall objectives.
  • Deliver relevant product, service, and calibration training to internal staff during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. You should also have familiarity with SharePoint O365 and JobCard (IndySoft) system, proficiency in using various calibration software and tools, and a clean driver's license.


  • Proficiency in English language is required.
  • You live within the geographical area of Wolverhampton.
  • This role is based in the UK but includes an element of travel for field service support tasks. You must be prepared to travel overseas for product training.

Estimated Salary:
£62,500 per annum depending on experience.
