Customer Experience Manager Role

As a Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores. This role requires a strong focus on operational management, team leadership, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a medium to large in-store team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, including training and development programs for team members.
  • Work closely with other Customer Experience Managers to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
