The Head of Product and Operational Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing the product and operational quality strategy across all programmes. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the product and operational quality strategy across all programmes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that products are designed and engineered to meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality metrics and associated KPI reporting to the Leadership Team.
- Manage overall product and operational quality risks and mitigation through development and production phases of the product life.
- Represent the Product and Operational Quality function at design reviews to ensure that designs and engineering have manufacture and assembly in mind.
- Work directly with Homologation and Compliance teams to ensure that vehicles meet OEM CoP compliance obligations.
- Develop and own the Vehicle Issue Management process, including driving issue resolution through to completion and KPI reporting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in product development and quality assurance.
