We're seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in a supported living service for adults with a learning disability, physical needs and support requirements. Key responsibilities include managing support workers, developing care plans and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in consultation with service users and their families
  • Bid on contracts and manage the delivery of services to meet stakeholder expectations

What You'll Need
  • Significant experience in care and support services, preferably in a senior role
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of support workers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
