About the RoleThis is a key role within our Online Sales team, responsible for growing physical and digital sales of our children's titles through online platforms. You will work effectively with online retailers to provide compelling sales information on key titles, plan joined-up pricing and marketing activity, and collaborate closely with publishing teams to maximise discovery and sales of all titles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through online platforms.
- Work closely with online retailers to ensure optimal positioning of our titles and remove any friction to purchase.
- Collaborate with publishing teams to understand their commercial objectives and develop targeted sales plans to achieve these goals.
- Provide regular sales reporting and commercial insights to inform publishing strategy.
- Liaise with the Sales Operations team to ensure that our titles have optimal positioning on site.
We are looking for a commercially-minded individual with experience in driving sales growth through online platforms. You should have a genuine interest and passion for children's books and sales, and be an advocate for the children's division within the wider UK and international sales structure.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000, dependent on skills and experience, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes financial support, wellbeing initiatives, and lifestyle perks such as enhanced parental leave and free and discounted books.
