About the Role

Z-Tech, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Senior Supervisor to oversee and manage our UKPN project delivery within the energy sector. As part of the Energy team, the Senior Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
