About the Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading site teams to ensure efficient and safe completion of electrical installation projects.



  • Manage site teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor performance of labour and specialist sub-contractors, guaranteeing set tasks are completed in line with programme requirements.
  • Conduct site quality inspections to verify compliance with client specifications.
  • Record and report site instructions back to the Project Manager.


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A strong background in electrical engineering with several years' experience as a skilled electrician on industrial projects.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with subcontractors, clients, and team members.
  • A proven track record of maintaining high health and safety standards, with expertise in method statements, risk assessments, inspection test plans, and handover requirements.
