Contract Cost Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling contract costs across multiple projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in contract management and financial analysis, while contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and control contract costs to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract management.
• Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and engineers.

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in contract management and financial analysis.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, contract management systems)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
