Job Summary
We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to join our team in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our programme opportunities, managing the client referral system, and liaising with programme providers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing programme opportunities to front-line teams using various approaches.
- Managing the client referral system and troubleshooting.
- Liaising with programme providers, national office colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring programme performance and advising the Regional Contract Manager.
What You'll Do
You will help advise job seekers about courses and programmes that help them identify their natural potential, learn new skills, and prepare them for employment.
You will split your time between our Regional Office and MSD Service Centres, interacting with our own people, providers, community groups and other key stakeholders, providing information and support.
Requirements
- Self-management skills, including time management, focus on deadlines and organisational skills.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
