Maintenance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to drive plant availability through timely maintenance, engineering, and process improvements. As a key member of Biffa's Future Engineering and Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring high operational availability and efficient breakdown repair service.
About the Role- Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance and inspection programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Liaise with external contractors on specific repairs/maintenance work to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay up-to-date with health & safety and environmental legislation and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Fault finding in control panels on PLCs, VSDs, and relay logic circuits to resolve technical issues promptly.
