We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Creative team at Costello Medical. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual communications that enhance our clients' brand identities and messaging.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging visual content, including infographics, posters, event materials, and other design pieces for both internal teams and external clients
- Collaborating with creative colleagues and project managers to determine the design scope, purpose, and strategic approach to be taken
- Effective communication of project requirements to project teams and providing input on any technical queries
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Providing outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients

Requirements
About YouWe are looking for a motivated individual with a great understanding of aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have a degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline, and extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
You will have a proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts, and confidence in presenting work to a wide range of audiences, including internal colleagues and external clients. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, a high level of productivity, and the flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and previous experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a discretionary profit share bonus, 25 days' annual leave, and comprehensive travel insurance.
