We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Bloor Homes - Construction. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, working closely with our site managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site, including supervising site staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of site-specific quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
