About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our new development in Evesham, Midlands region. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will be based on site and report to the Contracts Manager, successfully managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in site management. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for construction, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of site staff, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Coordinate trades and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the project is delivered within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Black or white CSCS card
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
  • Previous site management experience in residential construction, preferably in the retirement living sector
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and a qualified first aider
  • Assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
