Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Blue Arrow Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting the Head Chef in menu development, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
• Assist the Head Chef in creating new menu items and recipes
• Monitor portion control and waste management
• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
• Assist with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a similar venue
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for food and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
