Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Blue Arrow Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our customers
• Assisting the Head Chef in creating new menu items and recipes
• Preparing and cooking meat and fish dishes
• Assisting with the management of health and safety in the kitchen
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a similar venue
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take the kitchen to the next level
