Job Title: Care Leadership Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Care Leadership Specialist to join our team at Komplex Community. As a Care Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a small team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a small team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Convene and chair staff meetings to discuss client care plans and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Work with the Komplex Nurses to identify training needs for all levels of staff and ensure that training reflects developments in the area of care delivery and management.
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure that all shifts are covered by appropriately skilled staff.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working in a regulated care environment.
- Experience of supporting clients with mental health difficulties and challenging behavior.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
