Senior Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Catering Manager to join our team at Spinwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high-quality, safe, and efficient catering service to patients, staff, and visitors.
The role involves managing, supervising, and training staff in the preparation, production, and service of all food items. A wide-ranging menu is offered to both patients and retail services, including hospitality for internal meetings and functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing catering requirements according to site needs
- Sourcing and procuring food and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations
- Leading a team of catering staff
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing catering operations. They will also have a good understanding of food hygiene regulations and a formal catering management qualification.

Estimated salary: £19.50 per hour + holidays + pension.
