We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a HR Business Partner, you will be the primary interface with the business, providing expert advice and guidance on all HR related topics.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work closely with our management team, developing and coaching employees and managers to achieve business objectives. You will establish strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective employee relations and supporting the deployment of people development processes.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence, excellent listening and coaching skills, and previous experience in HR. You will also possess strong generalist HR knowledge, with expertise in change and strategic competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local and transnational managers, providing support and guidance on HR related matters.
  • Develop and coach employees and managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish a two-way information flow with the business and Centres of Expertise.
  • Support and challenge managers on resource planning, internal and external mobility/recruitment, and contribute to the staffing plan.
  • Advise managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration, and talent management processes.
  • Evaluate and implement effective employee relation solutions within existing local employee relation policy and practice.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless execution of business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and excellent listening and coaching skills.
  • Previous experience in HR, ideally in one or several of the following activities: HR legal, payroll, HR analyst, digital, recruitment, or learning.
  • Generalist HR knowledge with strong change and strategic competencies.
  • A highly pro-active mindset, ability to anticipate and address business issues, and offer solutions to managers.
  • Good communication and conflict management skills, teamwork, and networking abilities in a transnational environment.
