We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Partner Designate to join our thriving accountancy practice in Gloucester. As a key decision maker, you'll have the opportunity to drive business development, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our client base and service offerings.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the practice's strategic direction and contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • ACA qualified with extensive experience in practice, preferably in a senior supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of motivating and developing teams, with excellent people management skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
