Facilities Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising staff and contractors
- Develop and implement site improvement plans to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate financial records and budgets for site operations
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Qualification Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade A*-C/4-9 (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff points (240 points old system) through achievement of 3 A-levels at grade C or above including Maths, Science or a technical subject, or equivalent (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level)
