Senior Facilities Coordinator

The Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional services. We are seeking a skilled Hospital Operations Director to oversee the Engineering Department and ensure that all building services and equipment meet the highest standards.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will lead the in-house maintenance team, overseeing the management of the Engineering Department and working closely with other teams to achieve our goals. With a strong focus on compliance, safety, and patient-centered care, you will ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our patients and staff.
We offer an attractive salary package of approximately £62,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive on-call payments for supporting on-site staff outside of regular working hours.
Requirements- A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing teams, operational budgets, and contracts.
- Expert technical understanding of specialist services and equipment found in acute hospital settings.
- Proven ability and experience in compliance and performance monitoring of managed services.
