Job Title: Contract Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our team at ThriveSW Limited. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process scheduled and reactive works from initial raising of jobs through to completion and invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Accurately input information into our Concerto CAFM system.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers/contractors.
  • Liaise with directly employed engineers and sub-contractors.
  • Assist in the collation of monthly reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Attend meetings as requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSEs grade C or above in Maths & English.
  • IT experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferable NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service.
