Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our UK branch team. As a key member of our Integrated Management System (IMS), you will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory and corporate requirements are fulfilled, documented, and communicated in a professional and supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain multi-site ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
  • Develop and implement an Integrated Management System across the UK branch.
  • Provide guidance on compliance for divisional SHEQ queries.
  • Develop and deliver workshops on audit preparation and compliance requirements/best practices.
  • Collaborate with BUs and BST to enhance SHEQ compliance and organisational awareness.
  • Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.
  • Conduct and document internal audits, maintaining strict compliance with ISO standards.
  • Coordinate and administer SHEQ training programs, both digital and face-to-face sessions.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification: NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety or Environment, or a degree in Quality, Safety, or Environmental fields.
  • Ideally 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
  • Certification: Internal auditor qualification in at least one of the standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001).
  • Applied knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, including implementation and auditing.
  • Ideally certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities within SHEQ systems.
  • Proven ability in data analysis, with attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Competent in managing projects under an Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Ability to work independently, managing tasks proactively while supporting the strategic direction of SHEQ.
