Job Title

We are seeking an experienced New Store Opening Specialist to drive the training and development strategy for new store rollouts. This is a critical role in ensuring every new store opening is a success.

About the Role

As the New Store Opening Specialist, you'll lead the development of high-performing teams, ensuring every store is equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering tailored training programs for new store teams, ensuring all team members are fully prepared for launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored training programs for new store teams.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including operational training, brand immersion, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with Store Managers and Operations Teams to ensure all processes, standards, and systems are understood and executed.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire teams, fostering a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop engaging training materials, tools, and resources to support consistent learning outcomes across locations.
  • Conduct follow-up visits post-opening to evaluate training effectiveness and provide additional coaching as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in L&D, ideally within a QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Experience delivering training in a multi-site or new store opening context.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on excellence and quality.
  • Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
