Automotive Sales Professional

Sell and support a diversified line of products via various channels, promoting Private Brands and eCommerce opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires working closely with the management team to address customer service issues and business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, specifically in parts sales. They must be available on Saturdays and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- • Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide assistance with transactions, including sales, returns, and defectives.
• Operate the store point of sale system, internet, and paper catalogue to search for parts and customer accounts
• Assist with merchandising activities and maintain appearance standards
• Follow policies and standard operating procedures
• Work with management to address customer service issues and business opportunities
• Contribute to branch sales and profitability improvements
• Adhere to inventory control programs and in-stock standards
• Effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers
Salary and Benefits:
