About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support the development of our children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and the delivery of our company's vision and values.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to our practitioners to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that our nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and families.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about childcare and education, and who has a proven track record of leadership and management experience. You will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or equivalent.
