Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.
About the Role
As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Developing and implementing nursery policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided to children, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with other members of the nursery management team to achieve business objectives.
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care and education.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
