Job Title: Seasonal Plant Supervisor

We're currently seeking a Seasonal Plant Supervisor to join our client's team at their garden centre in Harlow. As a Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of plant experts during the busiest gardening seasons.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of plant experts to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality plant displays
  • Managing plant stock and inventory to meet customer demand
  • Collaborating with the sales team to promote plant-related products and services
  • Ensuring the garden centre is maintained to a high standard, including plant displays and customer areas

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about plants and customer service. You'll have a proven track record of leading teams and managing plant stock. You'll also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
