Job Title: Seasonal Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Plant Supervisor to join our team at MorePeople.

About the Role:

As a Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of garden centre staff during the busiest gardening seasons. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the garden centre, including plant care, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of garden centre staff during the busiest gardening seasons
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the garden centre, including plant care and customer service
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Work closely with the garden centre management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a garden centre or horticulture environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of plant care and horticulture practices
