Care Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in the community. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to patients in their own homes or in local community settings.
About the Role: As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, assisting in the delivery of patient care, and ensuring that patients are the prime focus when making decisions about their care and well-being.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 months of Community HCSW UK experience within the last 2 years. You will also need to be currently studying General/Adult Nursing (Student Nurse) and have completed a minimum of 12 weeks of clinical placements.

Driving Licence: A driving licence is preferred for this role, as you will need to travel to various locations in the area.
