Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities, socialize, and engage in activities.
  • Teach new life skills, such as cooking and cleaning, to promote independence.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
