Key Responsibilities:- Develop and commission Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test setups for automotive systems.
- Design and implement test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system validation.
- Utilize National Instruments (NI) tools such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and VeriStand to develop and execute test scripts.
- Work with MATLAB or similar software to develop plant/behavioral models.
- 6-10 years of experience in system or subsystem HIL validation.
- Expertise in NI tools, MATLAB, and automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to root cause issues at unit and system level.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics.
- Prior OEM subsystem level experience.
- Knowledge of automotive standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and MATLAB/Simulink.
