Job Description
This role requires a highly organised and compassionate individual who can manage a range of administrative processes, liaise with key stakeholders, and provide essential support to learners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative operations to ensure all processes and tasks are completed efficiently
- Provide exceptional support to learners, acting as a trusted point of contact for their needs
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including both paper and digital files
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 4+ years of prior experience in an administrative or office management role
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail
