Job Description

This role requires a highly organised and compassionate individual who can manage a range of administrative processes, liaise with key stakeholders, and provide essential support to learners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee administrative operations to ensure all processes and tasks are completed efficiently
  2. Provide exceptional support to learners, acting as a trusted point of contact for their needs
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records, including both paper and digital files
  4. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards

Requirements

  • To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • 4+ years of prior experience in an administrative or office management role
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail
