Join Our Team as a Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager to join our team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our homes, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a passion for positively shaping lives. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for developing support plans, conducting risk assessments, and planning rotas. You will also be involved in the recruitment and development of team members, ensuring that our homes are well-staffed and that our residents receive the best possible care.
