Electronics Development Specialist

We are a world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of intelligent management systems for keys and equipment. Our company has a long history of innovation, dating back nearly 30 years, and we continue to grow our R&D team.
This position assumes responsibility for support requests, rejects, and returns that have been escalated to R&D for root cause analysis. A crucial role utilising test, measurement, and inspection equipment to fault find and diagnose, this position supports the department by providing valuable advanced technical support. Additional duties include QA testing, designing tests and experiments, and the reporting of findings to the team.
Key Requirements:
- A natural interest in all things electronics and hardware.
- Several years' experience in a role using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, engineering drawings, and PCB layouts.
- Good soldering skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Engineering/Electronics related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
