As an integral part of our Psychosocial Substance Misuse Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality interventions to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in substance misuse, mental health, and addiction recovery. They will be able to work collaboratively with clinical services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality interventions to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
- Work collaboratively with clinical services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for service users.
- Manage a caseload of service users, including those with complex substance use needs.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology).
- Post-graduate qualification in addiction studies or a related field (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in a prison setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
**Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
