Be Part of a Growing Team: SEND Teaching Assistant Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Good SEND school in the North/Central Birmingham area.

As a successful candidate, you will possess a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent and be skilled in supporting pupils across all years (ages 4-16).

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans
  • Provide individualised support to students
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment

This rewarding position comes with an estimated annual salary of £23,000 to £26,000 and opportunities for career growth through our network of dedicated consultants and referral scheme.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent
  • Proven ability to support pupils across all years (ages 4-16)

Registration entails an enhanced DBS check, ID checks, and submission of professional references.
