Cyber Security Risk Consultant

We are a small, young cyber security consultancy that welcomes challenges and values different perspectives. Our engagements focus on where security meets business to better understand, communicate, and manage cyber risk.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify risk sources and quantify their impact on operations
- Create Cyber Scorecards and conduct deep-dive security assessments
- Run cyber exercises for boards and leadership teams to explore risk scenarios
- Contribute to open-source projects that help organizations improve their security posture
We prioritize work-life balance, reducing commuting time so our team can focus on what matters. We invest in our team's development through formal courses, online learning, career mentorship, on-the-job training, and regular feedback.
Requirements:- Experience running consulting projects and managing small teams
- Ability to understand clients' businesses and manage engagements that help them make better decisions to improve their cyber security posture
